Account deletion
Delete your Batsirai account
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time. Choose whichever method is easiest — every request is honoured.
In the app
Open the Batsirai app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, and confirm.
By email
Send us a deletion request from your registered email.

What gets deleted
- •Your profile: name, phone number and email address
- •Your saved preferences and settings
- •Your bookings, reservations and ticket history tied to your identity
- •Device and session tokens used to sign you in
What we keep, and for how long
- •Anonymised transaction and payment records that we are legally required to keep for tax and financial-compliance purposes (these no longer identify you and are deleted on the statutory schedule).
- •Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once complete, your account can no longer be recovered and you will need to create a new account to use Batsirai again. If you have any open bookings or a refundable commitment fee, settle or withdraw those first, as they cannot be accessed after deletion.
