1. Who we are
Batsirai is a booking and ticketing platform operated by Batsirai (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Zimbabwe. By using our apps or website, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You may use Batsirai with a Zimbabwean phone number. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud.
3. Payments
All payments are processed by Pesepay. Batsirai does not store payment card details. Commitment fees on restaurant bookings are refundable as set out on each restaurant's listing.
4. Providers
Restaurants and event organisers are independent third parties. While we verify providers before listing, Batsirai is not the supplier of the services you book. Each provider's policies (cancellation, dress code, age limits) apply to your booking.
5. No-shows & refunds
If you no-show a restaurant booking, your commitment fee is forfeited. Event tickets are non-refundable unless the organiser explicitly offers a refund window on the event page.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Batsirai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
