Is my commitment fee really refundable?▾
Yes — when you attend, the fee is refunded automatically through Pesepay. The fee is only forfeited on a confirmed no-show, and you have an inline appeal route from the app.
How long until my ticket purchase appears?▾
Tickets are issued within seconds of Pesepay confirming the payment. If the network is slow, your tickets show up in “My tickets” once finalisation completes — typically under a minute.
Does Batsirai take a cut of my event ticket revenue?▾
No. Organisers keep 100% of the ticket price (less Pesepay’s standard transaction fee, which we don’t mark up).
Can I get a refund on a ticket I bought by mistake?▾
Refund eligibility depends on the organiser’s policy, which is shown on the event page. If you have a strong case (duplicate purchase, accidental tier), email hello@batsirai.co and we’ll mediate.
